Congrats on getting your weekend prep done.
For your reward this week, the Vegan Family Kitchen’s parent company (Low Impact Lab) will donate $5 to the charity of your choice, benefiting humans or animals in need, or the planet. My only request is that you make it a charity that doesn’t contradict the mission of the Vegan Family Kitchen. (Please: no political parties or PACs, and no religious organizations.)
Please make sure to use the email address from your Vegan Family Meal Plan subscription so I can recognize you, and include a direct link to the charity you wish me to donate to. One donation max per subscriber per year.
I will reply to your comment when the donation has been completed.

Lovely organization! Done!
Thanks Brigette! The organization I donate to is the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon ( FCCO). Their tax ID is 93-1168181
Six years ago when we moved from Portland to Gladstone, a little south of Portland, the mid-century house had a group of cats. One of them seemed to hang around the most. We joked that the house came with a cat. When, after almost 2 years, I was able to get the cat to trust us, I noticed the right ear was clipped. I was delighted! I saw, in action, the results of my years of donations to FCCO. I named him Tux, even though we did not know for quite awhile if the cat was male or female. He was even written up in the FCCO newsletter. We love him! He now has a heated indoor bed, indoor plumbing (lol) and a cat door so he can come and go as he pleases. Spoiled kitty!! He loves me but ADORES my husband, Lary, following him around and sitting on his lap. What a lucky cat and what a couple of lucky humans.
Awww, thanks for sharing this story! Done.
Happy for you to donate to your favourite 💚🙏🏼
I’m donating an extra $5 to the Captain Paul Watson Foundation. 🙏 Thank you!
