We’ll focus on simple habits, like:
- Adding greens, beans, or berries to your daily meals to improve brain health or prevent chronic illness.
- Moving your body every day.
- Developing a journaling or gratitude practice.
- Turning screens off 2 hours before bed.
- And other habits that support your health.
To ensure progress, we’ll focus on just two habits: one related to nutrition, and another one related to a different healthy lifestyle pillar.
This coaching program will combine three one-on-one Zoom calls (75-minute personalized intake plus two 50-minute follow ups) with daily habit coaching via an app. The cost is $250 USD; Canadian residents pay $250 CAD.

Brigitte is a plant-forward nutrition and cooking educator and lifestyle coach. Her work is focused on helping others eat and live with intention to improve their own lives and the world around them. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in the knowledge that small steps lead to big change. She holds a PhD in Education and two certificates in Plant-based Nutrition, and is the author of Flow in the Kitchen: Practices for Healthy Stress-Free Vegan Cooking. She also practices as a productivity habit coach on the coach.me platform where she has supported dozens of creatives, writers, researchers, and knowledge workers to show up and shine.
