Course content
- Easy meal framework: learn the grammar of cooking! The course teaches you to make everyday soups and stews, stir-fries, and green bowls, plus tasty sauces.
- Practice-based learning: You won’t just watch videos, you’ll practice! You are expected to complete an assignment where you cook at least two of the three types of meals and share your experience with Brigitte. It’s not about getting it right, it’s about noticing and progressing.
- Ongoing support: The course includes 2 months of support from Brigitte for all of your questions.

Time required
- Approximately 1 hour per week for four weeks to watch the videos and review the templates.
- Your normal cooking time is practice time!

Fineprint
- Course is self-paced. You can watch one module per week or watch it all in one week… but you have to promise to PRACTICE!!
- You will have access to all of the course’s content for a minimum of 1 year from the time of registration.
- If you submit your assignment within 2 months of signing up for the course, Brigitte will donate $10 to a charitable organization on your behalf.
- If you have already taken Brigitte’s Plan, Prep, and Relax course, do NOT sign up for this course without asking Brigitte first.
