Set of 9 cooking clinics on Zoom (each 1 hour) with this tentative list of topics:
- Wholesome soups (the kind that can stand in for a full meal)
- WFPB building blocks: cooking beans from scratch in the Instant Pot and preparing whole grains for bowls and other dishes (one session for both together)
- Tofu scrambles (a.k.a. veggie catch alls!)
- Stew technique 1: chilis and variations
- Stew technique 2: curries and variations
- Bean burgers, neatballs, and loaves (together in one session)
- Using your Vitamix for last-minute meals and nutrition bombs
- Satisfying vegan salads and bowls
- Batching breakfasts (with a breakfast nutrition primer)
