Do you think of yourself as someone who hates cooking? You are not alone! You may be surprised to learn that, though I own the Vegan Family Kitchen, I don’t actually like to cook that much. I’d rather be reading a book, going for a hike, or napping. That’s why I insist on thoughtfully planning my meals and batch cooking every other weekend. Otherwise, my family and I would be eating a lot more processed and ready-made food than I’m comfortable with.
